Provided senior programme management to develop and implement the HR Transformation programme for Ministry of Justice. This included a number of simultaneous and complex projects, involving, change management and Machinery of Government regulations, development of HRIS system, recruitment, learning and development, Employee Relations and Engagement projects.
Interim HR Director
InHealth Group / InHealth Netcare
Provided an Interim Director to an independent sector healthcare company at a critical stage in its strategic development, contributing to its success in a number of public sector tenders.
HR Policy and Processes
Developed and implemented a range of staff Handbooks including Policy and Procedure manuals. Implementation of HR, Payroll and pension systems, Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
Shared Services Consultation
Project managed a cross-function team to review data management for a newly created HR Shared Service. This was to resolve issues and improve the perception of the new HR Shared Service centre. We also managed a major data validity exercise.
Compensation and Benefits
Development and implementation of a major compensation and benefits review. The project included re-structuring, a new broadband grading scheme and harmonisation of compensation and benefits, contract and Terms and Conditions of Employment.
